Complaints Procedures & Conflict of Interest Policy

If you have a complaint, please contact Customer Services on +27 21 010 7007, who will assist in addressing your concerns. In terms of the FAIS Act, all complaints must be submitted in writing. You are entitled to request a copy of our complaints policy and procedure from any of our representatives’ offices.
If you remain dissatisfied with the service received, you may lodge a complaint with Constantia Insurance Company Limited through their Market Conduct Officer.
Should your concerns remain unresolved, you are entitled to escalate your complaint to one of the Ombudsman services listed below, in particular the FAIS Ombud.

Conflict of Interest Disclosures (as per Board Notice 58 of 2010)
– The FSP does not have any shares in any product provider.
– The FSP does not receive more than 30% of its commission from any one insurer.
– The FSP and its representatives do not receive any financial benefit other than what is stipulated in Section 3A(1)(a) of the FAIS Code of Conduct.
– A conflict of interest management policy has been adopted, as per Section 3A(2)(a). A copy is available upon request.
